I'm playing Ace Attorney Dual Destinies.

I doubt it'll get that bad, but man I'm going to lose so many hours to it. Considering doing a stream of it at some point, or even an LP... except that LP would never fucking end and be so many sets long that maybe I should just, kinda, not.

I'm trying to play Hiveswap, but I got hit with the cutscene bug. Luckily it's the type of bug you see early on, so once they fix it (I contacted them via email), I won't really have to repeat, like, anything at all.

I've been replaying AA trilogy (on T&T rn), after I play that and AJ I might finally play the 3ds ones I've missed for so long

YOU SHOULD... I'm replaying DD still & having more fun than I did the first time I played it.

I'm actually kind of excited to play DD/SoJ soon since I'll be going in almost completely blind except for a few things

Guild Wars 2's new expansion had a hidden griffon mount and it's the single best mount I've had in any game ever.

GW2 is suddenly fun again.

Speaking of GW2 I mentioned it last night because I was telling Dustin it's one of the only non-Japanese games I've ever played that had a character creator I really liked

And Japanese games don't often have character creators

Vidyas really gotta step it up on character creation, gettin tired of only having the Sims to choose from if I wanna remake an RP character on a video game

I don't really mind FFXIV for character creation either if I'm honest, though GW2 is certainly a more extensive character creator that has a better system overall for customising your character throughout the game between both armour skin system, dye system and amount of choice. I've played other games with a decent amount of character customisation too, though none are Japanese, but their graphics are a little.... dated.

Definitely if a game offers character creation these days, I'm expecting a good number of sliders and options to pick from. Thankfully, most modern MMORPGs at least seem to be able to meet that mark - at least the ones I play do.

Yeah, outside of the unique exception of the Sims, MMOs are where the character creators are at. I have played with FFXIV's before and that one was fun as well. I'm not so picky on the presence of sliders/facial modifers or whatever but I want a wide variety of colours on things. Just let me use a colour picker on everything. Yes, this includes the eyes! I'd like to make that perfect gunmetal for Edwin, damn it! Just give me that and long-haired guys, games. That's all I need to make most of my characters.

I mean. You'll WANT to download the game, I imagine, but.
